Paso 4
📄 En contratos y documentos digitales
Tu manifest es un documento criptográfico que puede adjuntarse a contratos para demostrar la propiedad de un activo en una fecha específica.
¿Qué hacer? El archivo manifest-CLHQ-XXXXXXXX.json contiene la firma, el hash SHA-256 del activo, la fecha de emisión y el nodo que lo certifica. Úsalo así:
En PDF / Word:
Adjunta el archivo manifest-CLHQ-XXXXXXXX.json
como "Anexo A: Certificado de Propiedad Intelectual LBH"
Incluye en el texto del contrato:
"El activo [nombre] está certificado bajo el
Protocolo LBH v2.0, firma CLHQ-XXXXXXXX,
emitido el [fecha], verificable en hormigasais.com"
En contratos digitales (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, etc.):
1. Adjunta el manifest como documento adicional
2. En la descripción del contrato incluye la firma CLHQ
3. El hash SHA-256 en el manifest prueba que el archivo
no ha sido modificado desde la fecha de emisión
Valor legal: El manifest LBH es evidencia técnica de la existencia de un activo en una fecha determinada. Para contratos con valor legal completo, consulta un abogado en tu jurisdicción.

Step 4
📄 In contracts and digital documents
Your manifest is a cryptographic document that can be attached to contracts to prove ownership of an asset at a specific date.
What to do? The file manifest-CLHQ-XXXXXXXX.json contains the signature, SHA-256 hash of the asset, emission date, and the certifying node. Use it like this:
In PDF / Word:
Attach the manifest-CLHQ-XXXXXXXX.json file
as "Exhibit A: LBH Intellectual Property Certificate"
Include in the contract text:
"The asset [name] is certified under the
LBH Protocol v2.0, signature CLHQ-XXXXXXXX,
issued on [date], verifiable at hormigasais.com"
In digital contracts (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, etc.):
1. Attach the manifest as an additional document
2. Include the CLHQ signature in the contract description
3. The SHA-256 hash in the manifest proves the file
has not been modified since the emission date
Legal value: The LBH manifest is technical evidence of an asset's existence at a specific date. For contracts with full legal value, consult a lawyer in your jurisdiction.
